Starting in June 2026, join us for the first of eight weekly virtual group counselling sessions for men Veterans and men Veteran-connected family members. 

Eggshells is a national, virtual mental health program offering confidential support at no cost to Veterans and Veteran family members impacted by a loved one’s substance use. Eggshells is an invitation to change, an opportunity to grow, and a place to connect with others who truly understand. Eggshells fosters healing, empowerment, and hope through self-awareness, self-care, and understanding.

The virtual counselling group includes 22 clinical care hours in a safe and confidential virtual setting. Following the group sessions, participants have access to 16 hours of counsellor-facilitated virtual peer support to continue to address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual impacts of a loved one’s substance use.
